At this stage our expert architects and designers will complete your detailed home plans and selections. Then finalize materials, specifications, and the budget. Proceeding to obtaining necessary permits with approvals.
From foundation to the final touches, we’ll bring your home to life. Through site prep and foundation, framing and structural elements, installation of mechanical systems, and interior and exterior finishing work.
We ensure that everything is perfect with multiple inspection points and homeowner walk throughs at major stages to ensure satisfaction. Then comes the exciting moment - handing you the keys to your new custom Waite home, built exactly the way you envisioned.
